Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Ignace Bailey made the kick off and thus started the match. Ignace Bailey fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joaquin Gayoso having to interfere. Manuel Medeleanu came out of the goal in the 8th minute to try and stop a shot by Uruguay's Francisco Seco. But to his dismay, Francisco Seco quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ignace Bailey in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Joaquin Gayoso saved Uruguay from getting behind. Manuel Medeleanu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maximiliano Escribano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 20th minute, Maximiliano Escribano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. FC Mercier-Est's Thommy Vuerinx got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jayson Ham's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 28thth minute, Joaquin Gayoso skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After 29 played minutes Uruguay got a freekick which was hit by Camilo Franco. When the match had gone on for 30 minutes, Jayson Ham took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Joaquin Gayoso to make any attempt to save it. 33 minutes into the match, Jayson Ham notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso. Joaquin Gayoso was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Uruguay's defense didn't have a chance, in the 36th minute, when Ignace Bailey scored to the left of an out of position Joaquin Gayoso, making the score, 3-1. 39 minutes into the match, FC Mercier-Est's goal looked a bit too open when Jaime Cazalla came free, but Manuel Medeleanu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 40 minutes had been played when some careless play by FC Mercier-Est's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Jaime Cazalla was slow to take the kick. During this time Uruguay's players had a chance to rest. The supporters of Uruguay booed when FC Mercier-Est was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jayson Ham didn't get a good kick on the ball. A hard shot 44 in the game by Jayson Ham from a close distance when the talented Joaquin Gayoso managed to make a qualified save. Uruguay's players were relieved. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Francisco Seco was the one to do the kick off. In the 55th minute, Ludomil Trzaskoma hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thommy Vuerinx's late challenge caught a Uruguay's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Thommy Vuerinx helped the player get up and apologised. Thommy Vuerinx hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. After having played for 58 minutes, Maximiliano Escribano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Uruguay's supporters crossed their fingers, but Maximiliano Escribano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Uruguay's Camilo Franco got a free kick in the 65th minute. Ignace Bailey took the ball and in the 65 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Joaquin Gayoso. Joaquin Gayoso dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-1. 68 minutes into the match, FC Mercier-Est's Ignace Bailey sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Joaquin Gayoso narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ignace Bailey in the 70th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Joaquin Gayoso prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jayson Ham in the 71st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Joaquin Gayoso saved Uruguay from getting behind. FC Mercier-Est's Manuel Medeleanu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to save FC Mercier-Est from getting a goal against them. Uruguay were awarded a corner in the 74th minute after FC Mercier-Est's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Jaime Cazalla took the corner. Francisco Seco was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Manuel Medeleanu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maximiliano Escribano in the 76th minute of the match. In the 76th minute Maximiliano Escribano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Manuel Medeleanu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 78 played minutes FC Mercier-Est got a freekick which was hit by Thommy Vuerinx. A collision led to FC Mercier-Est getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Merrill Hanson hit a great ball. In the 84th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Mercier-Est's goalkeeper Manuel Medeleanu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Ignace Bailey's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Joaquin Gayoso was relentless in the 86th minute of the game. In the 87th minute Jayson Ham shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joaquin Gayoso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Maximiliano Escribano scored 5-2 in the 90th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Manuel Medeleanu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Joaquin Gayoso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ignace Bailey, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Maximiliano Escribano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. FC Mercier-Est had won after a very even match.
