Spectators: 51 (Terracing: 39, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Robert Pullicino made the kick off which started today's match. Kyle Axisa didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Mexico's Lautaro Mancebo shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-1 in the ordered_time% minute. Kyle Axisa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lautaro Mancebo, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. Kyle Axisa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lautaro Mancebo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 13 minutes Sliema Dragons FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Joel Gaona who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Mexico's corner Joel Gaona fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Kyle Axisa quite easily take care of the ball. Kyle Axisa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joel Gaona in the 15th minute of play. 16 minutes into the match, Sliema Dragons FC's goal looked a bit too open when Lautaro Mancebo came free, but Kyle Axisa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 18th minute, Neil Deguara hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kyle Axisa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lautaro Mancebo in the 20th minute of the match. Robert Pullicino struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. Dante Lacasa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sliema Dragons FC. 23 minutes into the match, Sliema Dragons FC's goal looked a bit too open when Joel Gaona came free, but Kyle Axisa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fabian Borg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In a very dangerous position, a player in Sliema Dragons FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 30th minute. Penalty! In the 32nd minute there was a penalty for Mexico. Joel Gaona stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Kyle Axisa. 0-2. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fabian Borg in the 35th minute of play. When Colin Pullicino Orlando was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 37 minutes had been played. A collision led to Sliema Dragons FC getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Colin Pullicino Orlando hit a great ball. In the 40th minute, Joel Gaona left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mexico fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Sliema Dragons FC's Kyle Axisa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lautaro Mancebo in the 48th minute of play.

The wind increased when Joel Gaona made the kick off in the second half. 58 minutes in the game, Joel Gaona fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Kyle Axisa having to interfere. In the 61st minute, Alberto Tafalla ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kyle Axisa was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. Fabian Borg kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Lautaro Mancebo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Kyle Axisa having to make a save. Mexico's Alberto Tafalla got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Sean Miggiani's late challenge caught a Mexico's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sean Miggiani helped the player get up and apologised. After 70 played minutes Sliema Dragons FC got a freekick which was hit by Sean Miggiani. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lorenzo Cazalla in the 73rd minute of play forced Sliema Dragons FC's goalkeeper Kyle Axisa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Patrick Buttigieg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dante Lacasa having to interfere. Kyle Axisa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla in the 76th minute of play. Alberto Tafalla took the ball and in the 77 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kyle Axisa. Kyle Axisa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-6. Kyle Axisa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla in the 83rd minute of play. Mexico's Joel Gaona was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Kyle Axisa in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Joel Gaona took the ball and in the 87 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kyle Axisa. Kyle Axisa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-7. Luca Zorita was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 90th minute. Mexico's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. A collision led to Mexico getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Alberto Tafalla hit a great ball. In the 94th minute, Mexico's Alberto Tafalla dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-8.
