Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Mexico's Joel Gaona got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Isidoro Young hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. 14 minutes into the game, Carlos Gustavo Caicedo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Navalito's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mexico the free kick. In the 14th match minute, Navalito was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carlos Gustavo Caicedo to maneuver through the defense. Joel Gaona struck a weak shot in the 15th minute. Soriano Espiñeira didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mexico. With his leg Dante Lacasa managed to avoid a goal in the 18thth minute, when Navalito's Nicanor Parra fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After a defensive mix-up in Mexico's zone, Isidoro Young stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dante Lacasa came out of the goal and Isidoro Young tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Alberto Tafalla fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Soriano Espiñeira having to interfere. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isidoro Young in the 26th minute of the match. Isidoro Young took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dante Lacasa. Dante Lacasa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicanor Parra in the 32nd minute of play. In the 32nd minute Nicanor Parra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Isidoro Young, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 44th match minute, Navalito was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Enric Mira to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 46th minute of play forced Navalito's goalkeeper Soriano Espiñeira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dante Lacasa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nicanor Parra in the 48th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Joel Gaona to strike the kick off in the second half. When Navalito's Isidoro Young in the 53rd minute got a chance for a shot 53rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Mexico's goalie prevented a goal. A nice corner shot did that Carlos Gustavo Caicedo got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Dante Lacasa quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 61st minute, Joel Gaona got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Navalito's Soriano Espiñeira proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 63rd minute of the match, managed to save Navalito from getting a goal against them. Soriano Espiñeira made a fantastic save in the 63rd minute, when Lautaro Mancebo sent off a good shot on target. Isidoro Young sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Mexico's Alberto Tafalla in the 67th minute got a chance for a shot 67th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Navalito's goalie prevented a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 71st minute of play forced Navalito's goalkeeper Soriano Espiñeira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Soriano Espiñeira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joel Gaona in the 73rd minute of play. In the 76th minute of the match, Joel Gaona tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Soriano Espiñeira saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Soriano Espiñeira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Facundo Cadaval in the 79th minute of the match. In the 81st minute Joel Gaona shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Soriano Espiñeira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 83 minutes into the match, Navalito's goal looked a bit too open when Alberto Tafalla came free, but Soriano Espiñeira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Soriano Espiñeira was a little too slow when Alberto Tafalla got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 85th minute. The score was now 2-1. Navalito's Soriano Espiñeira proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 90th minute of the match, managed to save Navalito from getting a goal against them.
