After 6 minutes of play, Costa Rica's Aaron Alcocer made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. 江朋兴 was left in no man's land by his defense there! 11 minutes into the match, 【AC】Black Dragon-YinChuan's goal looked a bit too open when Eliseo Noboa came free, but 江朋兴 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 12th match minute, Costa Rica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alan Moruga to maneuver through the defense. 韩延远 kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. An unexpected shot in the 15th minute by 尹俊义 got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. 尹俊义's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Benito Sanz firmly grabbed it by the left post. 20 minutes into the game, Costa Rica's Eliseo Noboa nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. 江朋兴 made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. 许鹏希 kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. Benito Sanz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 朱邦克 in the 27th minute of the match. After 28 minutes, 高坤骋 mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the 【AC】Black Dragon-YinChuan and the Costa Rica players grew even worse after the yellow card. 高坤骋 hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. 32 minutes into the match, Axel Tasis had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of 江朋兴. 【AC】Black Dragon-YinChuan's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Axel Tasis was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. 42 minutes into the game, Eliseo Noboa cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. 江朋兴 was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Axel Tasis was the one to do the kick off. The corner led 【AC】Black Dragon-YinChuan's 许鹏希 to fire away a dangerous shot which Benito Sanz despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 【AC】Black Dragon-YinChuan's 高坤骋 suffered a concussion in the 56th minute, after a hard challenge, and had to leave the field. Lautaro Puig's late challenge caught a 【AC】Black Dragon-YinChuan's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lautaro Puig helped the player get up and apologised. Lautaro Puig hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. In the 58th minute of the match 许鹏希 shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Benito Sanz showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by 尹俊义 in the 62nd minute of play forced Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 66th minute, 尹俊义 left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The 【AC】Black Dragon-YinChuan fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-5. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 73rd minute of the game. One of Costa Rica:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of 【AC】Black Dragon-YinChuan:s goal. 许鹏希 walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. After a defensive mix-up in Costa Rica's zone, 许鹏希 stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benito Sanz came out of the goal and 许鹏希 tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If 尹俊义 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers 尹俊义 in the 86th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Benito Sanz saved Costa Rica from getting behind. 江朋兴 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Axel Tasis in the 88th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling 尹俊义 in the 93rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Benito Sanz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 许鹏希 recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Lautaro Puig had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 98th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Although 【AC】Black Dragon-YinChuan had been in control for most of the match, Costa Rica still came away with the win.
