Lourenço Nascimento struck a weak shot in the 4th minute. Edelmiro Haimar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Fura Balizas. After 9 played minutes Despidida AFC got a freekick which was hit by Isaias Oihan. In the 18th minute, Marco Firmo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Despidida AFC's Edelmiro Haimar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tol Adas in the 19th minute of play. After 25 minutes, Atila Edu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Despidida AFC and the FC Fura Balizas players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 25 played minutes Despidida AFC got a freekick which was hit by Atila Edu. The audience was convinced that Tol Adas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Edelmiro Haimar was relentless in the 27th minute of the game. Kai Schirmer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Atila Edu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Tol Adas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Edelmiro Haimar made a fantastic save in the 39th minute, when Tol Adas sent off a good shot on target. 41 minutes into the match, Despidida AFC's goalkeeper Edelmiro Haimar had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tol Adas. Tol Adas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Edelmiro Haimar made a huge save. Tol Adas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 46 minutes into the match, Tol Adas dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Edelmiro Haimar, 1-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

53 minutes into the game, Isaias Oihan threw the ball into play from the sideline. FC Fura Balizas's Hilário Fernandes quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Isaias Oihan made in the 57th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Atila Edu however managed to control. In the 59th minute Tol Adas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edelmiro Haimar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, FC Fura Balizas's Joaquim Ribeiro got a free kick in the 60th minute. A throw-in in the 63rd minute of the game was made by Isaias Oihan with Marco Firmo as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Edelmiro Haimar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tol Adas, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. After 78 minutes, Tol Adas made it 2-0 with a short kick to the right side. Despidida AFC's Edelmiro Haimar tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. FC Fura Balizas's Mendoza Ameda was substituted for Alberto Vides. In the 84th minute Joaquim Ribeiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edelmiro Haimar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ivaylo Yordanov in the 87th minute of play forced Despidida AFC's goalkeeper Edelmiro Haimar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Edelmiro Haimar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joaquim Ribeiro in the 88th minute of the match. In the 91st minute, Isaias Oihan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 92 minutes into the match, Ivaylo Yordanov notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Despidida AFC's Edelmiro Haimar. Edelmiro Haimar was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.

FC Fura Balizas were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Despidida AFC for a fine match.
