In the 38th minute, Agnaldo Siqueira made a precise shot to the right of Reinaud De Schutter. KFC Paal-Tervant's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. If Ramon Del Piero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ademir Soares fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Reinaud De Schutter having to interfere. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ademir Soares was the one to do the kick off. Nicolaas Van Hamme kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Ramon Del Piero recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Meninos De Cotia's supporters rose to their feet, but Ramon Del Piero was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Reinaud De Schutter breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ademir Soares succeeded in the game's 66th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-3. 68 minutes into the match, KFC Paal-Tervant's goalkeeper Reinaud De Schutter had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ramon Del Piero. When Roben Bauweleers fell near the penalty area in the 78th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored KFC Paal-Tervant's protests and gave Roben Bauweleers a yellow card for diving instead. Meninos De Cotia's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave KFC Paal-Tervant the free kick. Luckas De Wortelaers hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. 92 minutes into the match, Meninos De Cotia's goal looked a bit too open when Bartjan Parmentier came free, but Hugo Rodrigues reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ramon Del Piero received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Reinaud De Schutter came out and tried to block the shot, but Ramon Del Piero slotted it home off the left post making it 0-6 in the 95th minute.
When the final whistle sounded Meninos De Cotia left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than KFC Paal-Tervant.
