Solustiano Partarroyo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mark Stripf in the 3rd minute of play. Mathieu Tippelt's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Solustiano Partarroyo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 4th minute of play. The supporters of FC Saxon booed when Hertha 1969 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tobias Passmann didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Hertha 1969's Tjark Ernst got control of the ball when Lu Xuan Wei tried to sneak it across the goal line. FC Saxon made a substitution. Walery Dembkowski replaced Milosz Flis. The throw-in from Ruth Forbrig in the 18th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by FC Saxon's Emil Pyczkowski. In the 31st minute, Mark Stripf made a precise shot to the right of Solustiano Partarroyo. FC Saxon's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. FC Saxon's Milosz Milko was substituted for Walery Dembkowski. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ruth Forbrig during the 35th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 35 played minutes Hertha 1969 got a freekick which was hit by Ruth Forbrig. 38 minutes into the match, FC Saxon's goal looked a bit too open when Mark Stripf came free, but Solustiano Partarroyo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With his leg Tjark Ernst managed to avoid a goal in the 45thth minute, when FC Saxon's Radowit Bycofski fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The supporters of Hertha 1969 booed when FC Saxon was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emil Pyczkowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. After the first half Hertha 1969 were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Adam Jäckel made the kick off in the second half. Dante Jakob kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. In the 56th match minute, FC Saxon was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jiang Yun De to maneuver through the defense. In the 58th minute Jan Nowacki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tjark Ernst saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tjark Ernst showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Radowit Bycofski, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Solustiano Partarroyo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mark Stripf in the 60th minute of the match. The supporters of FC Saxon booed when Hertha 1969 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Klemens Teubner didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dante Jakob charged in rather forcefully in the 63rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dante Jakob the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adam Jäckel in the 69th minute of play forced FC Saxon's goalkeeper Solustiano Partarroyo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hertha 1969's Tjark Ernst played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Milosz Milko in the 72nd minute of play. Mark Stripf scored 0-3 in the 73rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Solustiano Partarroyo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Solustiano Partarroyo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mark Stripf, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Mathieu Tippelt could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 77th minute of the match, but Solustiano Partarroyo made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mathieu Tippelt got free with Solustiano Partarroyo in the 77th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Tjark Ernst came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Saxon's Milosz Milko. But to his dismay, Milosz Milko quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. Nae Istrătescu hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Tobias Passmann could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 88th minute of the match, but Solustiano Partarroyo made a huge save.
