In the 10thth minute of the game Nicolao Nogal who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Meerkats FC's Jean Paul Taliana was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jean Paul Taliana came out of the goal in the 16th minute to try and stop a shot by Imperio Catatumbo de Lara's Nicolao Nogal. But to his dismay, Nicolao Nogal quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. In the 19th minute, Kevin Musu made a precise shot to the right of Marta Poom. Imperio Catatumbo de Lara's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. Nicolao Nogal received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Jean Paul Taliana came out and tried to block the shot, but Nicolao Nogal slotted it home off the left post making it 4-1 in the 22nd minute. Meerkats FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 26th minute, when Nicolao Nogal scored to the left of an out of position Jean Paul Taliana, making the score, 5-1. In the 31st minute, Imperio Catatumbo de Lara's Nicolao Nogal dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 6-1. Jean Paul Taliana stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nicolao Nogal's shot from short distance in the 36th minute. The supporters of Imperio Catatumbo de Lara booed when Meerkats FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Christopher Bugelli didn't get a good kick on the ball. 41 minutes into the game, Nicolao Nogal cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-1. Jean Paul Taliana was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Jean Paul Taliana took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nicolao Nogal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 46th minute, Christopher Bugelli hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jean Paul Taliana made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nicolao Nogal in the 47th minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 7-1 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Kevin Musu to strike the kick off in the second half. Jean Paul Taliana stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nicolao Nogal's shot from short distance in the 52nd minute. 53 minutes into the match, Nicolao Nogal notched a goal, 8-1, to the right of Meerkats FC's Jean Paul Taliana. Jean Paul Taliana was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nicolao Nogal in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jean Paul Taliana saved Meerkats FC from getting behind. In the 57th match minute, Meerkats FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Christopher Bugelli to maneuver through the defense. After 60 minutes of play, Imperio Catatumbo de Lara's Nicolao Nogal made it 9-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jean Paul Taliana was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Carl Chircop had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marta Poom made a fantastic save in the 69th minute, when Kevin Musu sent off a good shot on target. After 70 minutes, Nicolao Nogal mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Imperio Catatumbo de Lara and the Meerkats FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Imperio Catatumbo de Lara getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Nicolao Nogal hit a great ball. In the 72nd match minute, Meerkats FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zach Gerada to maneuver through the defense. After 73 played minutes, Imperio Catatumbo de Lara's Kamalabuddhi Abu Al Dahab shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Jean Paul Taliana came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Imperio Catatumbo de Lara reached it. 74 minutes into the match, Meerkats FC's goal looked a bit too open when Nicolao Nogal came free, but Jean Paul Taliana reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nicolao Nogal scored 10-1 in the 79th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jean Paul Taliana, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Meerkats FC's Jean Paul Taliana played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicolao Nogal in the 82nd minute of play. The supporters of Meerkats FC booed when Imperio Catatumbo de Lara was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kamalabuddhi Abu Al Dahab didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Angelino Lore had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Jean Paul Taliana showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Angelino Lore, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute.

It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Imperio Catatumbo de Lara had played much better football throughout.
