Without hesitation aimed to the right of Oleg Timofeev, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Oleg Timofeev made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teofil Walentowicz in the 30th minute of play. Edelmiro Eyague stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jano Cavalcante's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teofil Walentowicz in the 32nd minute of play forced Montevideo's goalkeeper Oleg Timofeev to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 74th minute, Claudio Mon made a precise shot to the right of Oleg Timofeev. Montevideo's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-0. Oleg Timofeev showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sixto Sal, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute.
