Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Latocayteva F.C.'s Misael Darroja started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. A throw-in in the 4th minute of the game was made by Ezequiel Garay with Saul Villanueva as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. When Julian Murillo came up free with the goalie in the 7th minute, the Peru fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Julian Murillo couldn't finish the play. Latocayteva F.C.'s Apolo Rius played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Murillo in the 11th minute of play. In the 15th minute of the match, Leon Goretzka tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Rolando Noboa saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Apolo Rius showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julian Murillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. After 28 played minutes Latocayteva F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Nóni Angel. After 29 played minutes, Peru's Luz Tejedor shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Apolo Rius came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Peru reached it. In the 32nd minute Luz Tejedor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Apolo Rius saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Apolo Rius took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luz Tejedor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Peru's Eliseo Mina quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Ezequiel Garay, made in the 39th minute of the game. Apolo Rius showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Murillo in the 41st minute of the match. In the 42nd minute Julian Murillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Apolo Rius saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 46 minutes Latocayteva F.C.'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Luz Tejedor who took care of the corner kick. It was a well-played corner which Eliseo Mina managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Julian Murillo to make the kick off. Maurino Montiel got a throw-in 51 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Ezequiel Garay. Peru's attentive Eliseo Mina managed to snatch the ball when Ezequiel Garay made a throw-in in the 55th minute of the game. 62 minutes into the game, Julian Murillo recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Apolo Rius. Julian Murillo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-1. Latocayteva F.C. made a substitution. Ander Hoyos replaced Saul Villanueva. Apolo Rius made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julian Murillo in the 67th minute of play. In the 71st minute the ball was on its way in behind Latocayteva F.C.'s goalkeeper Apolo Rius, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Apolo Rius made a fantastic save in the 76th minute, when Luz Tejedor sent off a good shot on target. Misael Darroja's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rolando Noboa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 81st minute of play. Luz Tejedor could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 82nd minute of the match, but Apolo Rius made a huge save. Latocayteva F.C.'s Gatot Berlioz was substituted for Nesor Vacas. Peru's attentive Eliseo Mina managed to snatch the ball when Maurino Montiel made a throw-in in the 86th minute of the game. In the 88thth minute of the game Rafael Gallo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Latocayteva F.C.'s Apolo Rius was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 89th minute, Rafael Gallo reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Apolo Rius. The goal made the score 0-2. Maurino Montiel kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. When the final whistle sounded Peru left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Latocayteva F.C..
