An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Illescas in the 4th minute of play forced Resurrección Diabólica Ψ's goalkeeper Marcos Xabel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With his leg Jonathan Ferrant managed to avoid a goal in the 5thth minute, when Resurrección Diabólica Ψ's Severo Tono fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Tiadoro Lucifer charged in rather forcefully in the 11th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tiadoro Lucifer the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Resurrección Diabólica Ψ getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Tiadoro Lucifer hit a great ball. In the 12th minute of the match Tomas Illescas shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Marcos Xabel showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Severo Tono in the 20th minute of play. The supporters of Venezuela booed when Resurrección Diabólica Ψ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Venancio Uhin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tiadoro Lucifer made in the 24th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Venancio Uhin. After 26 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Camilo Gaos. In the 27th minute, Epifanio Cristos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Severo Tono fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Ferrant having to interfere. In the 33rd minute of the match, Severo Tono got a very nice opportunity to score, but Jonathan Ferrant was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Severo Tono in the 34th minute of the match. Gaston Mendebal could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Jonathan Ferrant made a huge save. With a little luck, Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant got control of the ball when Severo Tono tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Severo Tono had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 43 minutes into the game, Jose Correa was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Venezuela's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Resurrección Diabólica Ψ the free kick. In the 44th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jose Correa to maneuver through the defense. Marcos Xabel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Illescas in the 47th minute of the match.

Venezuela's Tomas Illescas got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jose Correa hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. Serafin Bortzaioriz kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. 60 minutes into the match, Resurrección Diabólica Ψ's goal looked a bit too open when Patricio Costa came free, but Marcos Xabel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Resurrección Diabólica Ψ's Marcos Xabel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save Resurrección Diabólica Ψ from getting a goal against them. Gaston Mendebal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Resurrección Diabólica Ψ's zone, Patricio Costa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marcos Xabel came out of the goal and Patricio Costa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 72 minutes into the game, Resurrección Diabólica Ψ's Gabriel-Omar Lucifer nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jonathan Ferrant made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. In the 75thth minute of the game Gabriel-Omar Lucifer who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match clock showed 79 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Gabriel-Omar Lucifer sped through Venezuela's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gabriel-Omar Lucifer in the 82nd minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tomas Illescas got free with Marcos Xabel in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The audience was convinced that Gabriel-Omar Lucifer's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jonathan Ferrant was relentless in the 85th minute of the game. The supporters of Resurrección Diabólica Ψ booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rigoberto Mina didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 88th minute Epifanio Cristos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Resurrección Diabólica Ψ's Marcos Xabel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Illescas in the 90th minute of play. Venezuela's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Tomas Illescas in the 91st minute. The corner ended in Tomas Illescas almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Resurrección Diabólica Ψ's Marcos Xabel did a great save. Salvador Gisbert fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcos Xabel having to interfere. Marcos Xabel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Patricio Costa, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute.
