Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Arsenio Lucifer started the match with the kick off. Farid Lucifer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 3rd minute of play. In the 5thth minute of the game Daniel Zorita who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Resurrección Diabólica Ψ's Farid Lucifer was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Farid Lucifer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Zorita in the 5th minute of the match. Luis Andino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Farid Lucifer having to interfere. In the 11th minute, Daniel Zorita got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ecuador's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Daniel Zorita in the 14th minute. It was a well-played corner which Felix Montes managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. After 15 minutes, Felix Montes mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ecuador and the Resurrección Diabólica Ψ players grew even worse after the yellow card. 16 minutes into the game, Cristian Sancho cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Farid Lucifer was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Cristian Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 26 minutes into the match, Resurrección Diabólica Ψ's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Farid Lucifer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arsenio Lucifer in the 31st minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Resurrección Diabólica Ψ's zone, Daniel Zorita stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Farid Lucifer came out of the goal and Daniel Zorita tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 35 minutes into the match, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Farid Lucifer narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ecuador's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Daniel Zorita in the 36th minute. 37 minutes into the game, Fermin Mancio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Resurrección Diabólica Ψ's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ecuador the free kick. After 37 played minutes Resurrección Diabólica Ψ got a freekick which was hit by Fermin Mancio. When Simon Firmo fell near the penalty area in the 38th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Resurrección Diabólica Ψ's protests and gave Simon Firmo a yellow card for diving instead. Simon Firmo kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. Simon Firmo hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Daniel Zorita to strike the kick off in the second half. Cristian Sancho's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Farid Lucifer read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 54th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Resurrección Diabólica Ψ's Mauricio Araoz got a free kick in the 59th minute. After having played for 59 minutes, Daniel Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Daniel Zorita was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Farid Lucifer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. In the 62nd minute, Eduardo Louis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Farid Lucifer having to interfere. 65 minutes into the game, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Farid Lucifer made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Daniel Zorita recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 71 minutes into the match, Cristian Sancho had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Farid Lucifer. Resurrección Diabólica Ψ's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cristian Sancho was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Resurrección Diabólica Ψ's Hipolito Cidro was substituted for Eduardo Louis. Through an outstanding action, after 76 minutes, Farid Lucifer successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 79th minute, Daniel Zorita got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Cristian Sancho came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cristian Sancho couldn't finish the play. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Farid Lucifer having to interfere. After 85 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Juan Sebastián Puig. Farid Lucifer made a fantastic save in the 87th minute, when Daniel Zorita sent off a good shot on target. 88 minutes into the match, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Farid Lucifer narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 91st minute Luis Andino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Farid Lucifer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 94 minutes of play, Resurrección Diabólica Ψ's Nicasio Veremundo made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Julio Vera was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ecuador's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
