Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Tomas Illescas kicked off to start the match. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Olcay Bozkurt in the 6th minute of play. Jonathan Ferrant didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Olcay Bozkurt went, in the 7th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save Venezuela from getting a goal against them. In the 14th minute of the match RO Army V55 got a corner. Venezuela's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Demis Grigoriadis ran over to the corner to take the kick. 20 minutes into the game, RO Army V55's Vinícius Junior nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jonathan Ferrant made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Jonathan Ferrant stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Olcay Bozkurt's shot from short distance in the 23rd minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Olcay Bozkurt in the 24th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonathan Ferrant saved Venezuela from getting behind. 28 minutes into the match, Venezuela's Tomas Illescas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Alexandros Iordanidis narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 29 minutes of play, RO Army V55's Olcay Bozkurt made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonathan Ferrant was left in no man's land by his defense there! 33 minutes had been played when some careless play by Venezuela's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Demis Grigoriadis was slow to take the kick. During this time RO Army V55's players had a chance to rest. Donnie Echols made in the 35th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Venezuela's Patricio Costa. Vinícius Junior fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Ferrant having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Olcay Bozkurt in the 42nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Ferrant prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Olcay Bozkurt to make the kick off. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Olcay Bozkurt in the 51st minute of play. Demis Grigoriadis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Olcay Bozkurt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In a very dangerous position, a player in Venezuela fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 58th minute. Penalty! RO Army V55 made a substitution. Edgardo Ugutz replaced Olcay Bozkurt. If Thanasis Kolevas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edgardo Ugutz in the 67th minute of the match. In the 68th minute, Vinícius Junior made a precise shot to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. 75 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Edgardo Ugutz came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Patricio Costa fell near the penalty area in the 76th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Venezuela's protests and gave Patricio Costa a yellow card for diving instead. Patricio Costa hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. In the 78th minute Edgardo Ugutz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 81 minutes into the match, Edgardo Ugutz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Edgardo Ugutz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. Marcos Mazer hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edgardo Ugutz in the 86th minute of play. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edgardo Ugutz in the 87th minute of play. After 88 minutes Venezuela's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Edgardo Ugutz who took care of the corner kick. The supporters of RO Army V55 booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jose Correa didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 97th minute, Edgardo Ugutz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonathan Ferrant was frozen by the shot and now it was 8-0. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. RO Army V55 fully deserved thier win.
