The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 4 minutes into the match, ℄ΣᏩモ₦ፚ ℱ.Ȼ's goal looked a bit too open when Julian Murillo came free, but Santiago Fuentes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A throw-in in the 5th minute of the game was made by Xandro Oribe with Elija Vergara as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. In the 8th minute the ball was on its way in behind Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Santiago Fuentes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julian Murillo in the 9th minute of play. Rolando Noboa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Epifanio Leceta, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. ℄ΣᏩモ₦ፚ ℱ.Ȼ were awarded a corner in the 15th minute after Peru's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Homero Simpson took the corner. Homero Simpson made a great header on ℄ΣᏩモ₦ፚ ℱ.Ȼ's corner, it was just that Peru's Rolando Noboa managed to reach the ball for a save. Rolando Noboa came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by ℄ΣᏩモ₦ፚ ℱ.Ȼ's Epifanio Leceta. But to his dismay, Epifanio Leceta quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Milagros Fraga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Epifanio Leceta's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rolando Noboa was relentless in the 35th minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Julian Murillo in the 39th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Santiago Fuentes saved ℄ΣᏩモ₦ፚ ℱ.Ȼ from getting behind. Rolando Noboa came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by ℄ΣᏩモ₦ፚ ℱ.Ȼ's Epifanio Leceta. But to his dismay, Epifanio Leceta quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. 45 minutes into the game, Epifanio Leceta cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Rolando Noboa was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Epifanio Leceta was the one to do the kick off. Epifanio Leceta might have been able to make a better finish in the 52nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rolando Noboa. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Epifanio Leceta ran back to his position shaking his head. Rolando Noboa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Epifanio Leceta in the 52nd minute of the match. 54 minutes into the match, ℄ΣᏩモ₦ፚ ℱ.Ȼ's goal looked a bit too open when Julian Murillo came free, but Santiago Fuentes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 56 minutes into the game, Xandro Oribe threw the ball into play from the sideline. Peru's Alonso Berganza quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. After a defensive mix-up in Peru's zone, Epifanio Leceta stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rolando Noboa came out of the goal and Epifanio Leceta tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 59th minute of the match, Julian Murillo tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Santiago Fuentes saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Alonso Berganza made in the 61st minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Moises Gayoso. In the 66th minute, Epifanio Leceta made a precise shot to the right of Rolando Noboa. Peru's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. ℄ΣᏩモ₦ፚ ℱ.Ȼ made a substitution. Waldemar Korytkowski replaced Berdaitz Othaz. ℄ΣᏩモ₦ፚ ℱ.Ȼ made a substitution. Dionisio Quinito replaced Matxin Curro. ℄ΣᏩモ₦ፚ ℱ.Ȼ's Donato Oliveira was substituted for Epifanio Leceta. Peru's Rolando Noboa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Donato Oliveira in the 70th minute of play. 72 minutes into the game, ℄ΣᏩモ₦ፚ ℱ.Ȼ's Donato Oliveira nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rolando Noboa made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. After a rather tough play, ℄ΣᏩモ₦ፚ ℱ.Ȼ's Homero Simpson got a free kick in the 74th minute. With a little luck, ℄ΣᏩモ₦ፚ ℱ.Ȼ's Santiago Fuentes got control of the ball when Julian Murillo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Julian Murillo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Peru made a substitution. Antonio Tenorio replaced Luz Tejedor. 87 minutes into the match, Peru's goal looked a bit too open when Donato Oliveira came free, but Rolando Noboa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Donato Oliveira's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rolando Noboa was relentless in the 88th minute of the game. In the 88thth minute of the game Donato Oliveira who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Peru's Rolando Noboa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Xandro Oribe kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. ℄ΣᏩモ₦ፚ ℱ.Ȼ were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Peru for a fine match.
