Romain Berrewouts could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 9th minute of the match, but Marcos Cotilla made a huge save. After 20 played minutes Fox Hunting Squad got a freekick which was hit by Romain Berrewouts. Emanuel Grammet stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tomas Berganza's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. Romain Berrewouts received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Marcos Cotilla came out and tried to block the shot, but Romain Berrewouts slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 23rd minute. The audience was convinced that Isidoro Sarmiento's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Emanuel Grammet was relentless in the 26th minute of the game. Maicon van Beek charged in rather forcefully in the 27th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Maicon van Beek the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 27 played minutes Fox Hunting Squad got a freekick which was hit by Maicon van Beek. In the 28th minute the ball was on its way in behind Fox Hunting Squad's goalkeeper Emanuel Grammet, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 30th match minute, Panama was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Abraham Alguacil to maneuver through the defense. Isidoro Sarmiento received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Emanuel Grammet tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Emanuel Grammet showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Berganza in the 34th minute of the match. Panama's Marcos Cotilla proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to save Panama from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Louis Van Campenhout got free with Marcos Cotilla in the 38th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 47th minute, Panama's Dylan Sarmiento seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Dylan Sarmiento the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Panama protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Dylan Sarmiento had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 46th minute, one of Panama:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Panama. In the 49th minute, Fox Hunting Squad got a penalty, and Joachim Vleminx placed the ball unsaveable into goal, by the right post. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.
After 57 played minutes Panama got a freekick which was hit by Felipe Ros. After a defensive mix-up in Panama's zone, Joachim Vleminx stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marcos Cotilla came out of the goal and Joachim Vleminx tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Alex Cambeiro hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Abraham Alguacil kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. In the 63rd minute, Nic Adams left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Fox Hunting Squad fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. In the 72nd minute, Romain Berrewouts made a precise shot to the right of Marcos Cotilla. Panama's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. Panama's Alex Cambeiro got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 85th minute, Nic Adams left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Fox Hunting Squad fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-0. 88 minutes into the game, Nic Adams cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 8-0. Marcos Cotilla was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 91 minutes into the match, Panama's goal looked a bit too open when Nic Adams came free, but Marcos Cotilla reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Isidoro Sarmiento received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Emanuel Grammet tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Nic Adams had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the Panama defense, Nic Adams kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marcos Cotilla. The Panama fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marcos Cotilla should have stopped the shot. Panama's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
