Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Nesho Karadakov kicked off to start the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 5th minute of play forced Alvara's goalkeeper Zachary Bugno to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. André Lucas made a great header on Alvara's corner, it was just that Ecuador's Julio Vera managed to reach the ball for a save. A collision led to Alvara getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Armandinho Vasconcelos hit a great ball. Zachary Bugno showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 11th minute of the match. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Zachary Bugno tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nelson Palmeira's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Julio Vera read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 26th minute of play. Zachary Bugno took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Alvara's Abelardo Bertassi got a free kick in the 28th minute. In the 29th minute, Daniel Zorita sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Alvara's Zachary Bugno didn't even have to move. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The throw-in from Luis Andino in the 38th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Alvara's Mateus Félix. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 45 minutes had been played when some careless play by Alvara's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Daniel Zorita was slow to take the kick. During this time Ecuador's players had a chance to rest. Luis Andino was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. The Alvara players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Ecuador were winning 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Daniel Zorita to make the kick off. Daniel Zorita came free with the goalkeeper in the 52nd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Zachary Bugno could save by the left post. Ecuador's Daniel Zorita got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Alvara's Albertinho Trigo was substituted for Augusto Recife. Julio Vera stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nesho Karadakov's shot from short distance in the 58th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, Cristian Sancho managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Cristian Sancho was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zachary Bugno breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Daniel Zorita got free with Zachary Bugno in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ecuador's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Daniel Zorita in the 68th minute. Daniel Zorita was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. In the 80th minute Nesho Karadakov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Daniel Zorita came free with the goalkeeper in the 82nd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Zachary Bugno could save by the left post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Daniel Zorita got free with Zachary Bugno in the 83rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nelson Palmeira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 91st minute, Nesho Karadakov left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Alvara fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. The audience was convinced that Nesho Karadakov's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Julio Vera was relentless in the 95th minute of the game. Ecuador were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
