The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Thiago Melo to strike the kick off in the second half. Julio Vera stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Thiago Melo's shot from short distance in the 51st minute. Cristian Paranaense made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 52nd minute of play. 53 minutes into the game, Daniel Zorita recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Cristian Paranaense. Cristian Paranaense was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Felix Montenegro showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-7 in the 60 minute of play. In the 64th minute, Daniel Zorita left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ecuador fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-8. After having played for 67 minutes, Daniel Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Daniel Zorita was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. FLU ES fc's Cristian Paranaense proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to save FLU ES fc from getting a goal against them. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristian Paranaense having to interfere. Ecuador's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
