Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Hector Bobis started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After some careless play in the Uruguay defense, Hector Bobis kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Joaquin Gayoso. The Uruguay fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Joaquin Gayoso should have stopped the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hector Bobis in the 8th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Joaquin Gayoso prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After having played for 12 minutes, Hector Bobis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Azul Y Plomo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hector Bobis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hector Bobis in the 14th minute of play forced Uruguay's goalkeeper Joaquin Gayoso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Chiriboga Torres charged in rather forcefully in the 16th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Chiriboga Torres the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Chiriboga Torres hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Zacarias Cabrero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maximiliano Escribano in the 22nd minute of play. Hector Bobis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 33rdth minute of the game Hector Bobis who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 40th minute of the match Uruguay got a corner. Azul Y Plomo's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Jaime Cazalla ran over to the corner to take the kick. Jaime Cazalla made a great header on Uruguay's corner, it was just that Azul Y Plomo's Zacarias Cabrero managed to reach the ball for a save. Maximiliano Escribano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zacarias Cabrero having to interfere.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Francisco Seco to strike the kick off in the second half. 56 minutes into the match, Azul Y Plomo's Hector Bobis sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Joaquin Gayoso narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Arturo Carvallo hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. After having played for 58 minutes, Hector Bobis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Azul Y Plomo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hector Bobis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Joaquin Gayoso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hector Bobis in the 63rd minute of play. 67 minutes into the game, Azul Y Plomo's Hector Bobis nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Joaquin Gayoso made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Azul Y Plomo made a substitution. Klimowitz Aguinaga replaced Navarro Rojas. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Uruguay's goalie and right to José Macías. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Uruguay's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Latif Biçim in the 78th minute of play forced Uruguay's goalkeeper Joaquin Gayoso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Azul Y Plomo fans' excitement grew in the 79th match minute when Azul Y Plomo's Latif Biçim looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Uruguay's Mateo Garrido was substituted for Alberto Gisbert. After 86 played minutes Azul Y Plomo got a freekick which was hit by Diaz Mota. When Hector-Luis Arzola came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the Azul Y Plomo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hector-Luis Arzola couldn't finish the play. 91 minutes into the match, Azul Y Plomo's goalkeeper Zacarias Cabrero had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Francisco Seco. During the 92nd minute of the match Chiriboga Torres completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Chiriboga Torres a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 93rd minute, Chiriboga Torres hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
