Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Canada's Koby Wright started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Canada's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Koby Wright in the 3rd minute. The corner led Canada's Richard Mccarthy to fire away a dangerous shot which Allan Varela despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Canada's Jax Williamson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 8th minute of the match, managed to save Canada from getting a goal against them. In the 9th minute of the match Palestra do Interior got a corner. Canada's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Hudson Sergipano ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Palestra do Interior's corner Hudson Sergipano fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Jax Williamson quite easily take care of the ball. 10 minutes into the match, Palestra do Interior's goal looked a bit too open when Rohan Watson came free, but Allan Varela reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Palestra do Interior's Allan Varela played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rohan Watson in the 12th minute of play. 12 minutes into the match, Palestra do Interior's goal looked a bit too open when Rohan Watson came free, but Allan Varela reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 14 minutes into the game, Canada's Koby Wright nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. A collision led to Palestra do Interior getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Boyisana Mnisi hit a great ball. The audience was convinced that Prince Anderson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Allan Varela was relentless in the 89th minute of the game. In the 90th minute Canada were awarded a corner. Jan Dixon went to the cornerflag to take it. The audience thought a goal was coming when Theo Burton got free with Allan Varela in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Canada's Filip Edwards in the 97th minute got a chance for a shot 97th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Palestra do Interior's goalie prevented a goal. In the 98thth minute of the game Prince Anderson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Palestra do Interior's Allan Varela was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.
