Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Zenon Gall kicked off to start the match. 3 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Zenon Gall. If Felix Montenegro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gettrup SIK were awarded a corner in the 11th minute after Ecuador's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Loui Dyndgaard took the corner. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Torjus Solvoll tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 21st minute, Gettrup SIK's Joachim Kragstrup dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 24th minute of play forced Gettrup SIK's goalkeeper Torjus Solvoll to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Gettrup SIK booed when Ecuador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Agustín Saelices didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Felix Montenegro came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Felix Montenegro couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Felix Montenegro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Felix Montenegro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Torjus Solvoll breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 41 played minutes Gettrup SIK got a freekick which was hit by Keld Popp. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Torjus Solvoll showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. A collision led to Gettrup SIK getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Loui Dyndgaard hit a great ball. After having played for 60 minutes, Petrică Oproiu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gettrup SIK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Petrică Oproiu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Daniel Zorita could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Torjus Solvoll made a huge save. In the 62nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Gettrup SIK's goalkeeper Torjus Solvoll, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The supporters of Ecuador booed when Gettrup SIK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zenon Gall didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zenon Gall in the 71st minute of play. Through an outstanding action, after 73 minutes, Torjus Solvoll successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zenon Gall in the 75th minute of the match. An unexpected shot in the 81st minute by Daniel Zorita got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Petrică Oproiu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Luis Andino kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Torjus Solvoll. That made the score 2-1 in the 87 minute of play. Sten Vonk charged in rather forcefully in the 91st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sten Vonk the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Sten Vonk hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. Ecuador's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Gettrup SIK had won, even though Ecuador had held more of the ball.
