Hüseyin Turan Baysan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Illescas, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. After 33 minutes of play, Venezuela's Tomas Illescas made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Hüseyin Turan Baysan was left in no man's land by his defense there! Tomas Illescas scored 0-2 in the 36th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Hüseyin Turan Baysan, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Patricio Costa in the 39th minute of play forced Valar morghulis's goalkeeper Hüseyin Turan Baysan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Valar morghulis getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Abayhan Övünç hit a great ball. Patricio Costa hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tomas Illescas was the one to do the kick off. Tomas Illescas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Hüseyin Turan Baysan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Patricio Costa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Tomas Illescas came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the Venezuela fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tomas Illescas couldn't finish the play. Tomas Illescas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hüseyin Turan Baysan was out of position in the 67 minute of play, and Tomas Illescas capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Tomas Illescas really showed his touch with that goal: 0-3. Valar morghulis's Poyraz Çelikyay got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Tomas Illescas received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Hüseyin Turan Baysan came out and tried to block the shot, but Tomas Illescas slotted it home off the left post making it 0-4 in the 72nd minute. The referee gave Venezuela a penalty, 77 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Tomas Illescas, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Valar morghulis's Hüseyin Turan Baysan. 0-5. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arda Göksel Pekiner in the 80th minute of the match. After 82 played minutes Patricio Costa rounded Valar morghulis's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-6. Patricio Costa received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Hüseyin Turan Baysan came out and tried to block the shot, but Patricio Costa slotted it home off the left post making it 0-7 in the 88th minute. In the 93rdth minute of the game Tomas Illescas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Valar morghulis's Hüseyin Turan Baysan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Tomas Illescas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hüseyin Turan Baysan having to interfere.
