Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Daniel Zorita got the match started through his kick off. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Felix Montenegro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cosme Francesco breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Daniel Järvenperä sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 8 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Teofilo Adrio. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felix Montenegro in the 12th minute of play forced MDQ Raptors FC's goalkeeper Cosme Francesco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Daniel Järvenperä in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Julio Vera prevented the ball from getting in the gole. MDQ Raptors FC's Cosme Francesco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 17th minute of play. Julio Vera made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Järvenperä in the 20th minute. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cosme Francesco having to interfere. Cosme Francesco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of MDQ Raptors FC booed when Ecuador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Felix Montes didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Afanasiy Mozolin came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the MDQ Raptors FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Afanasiy Mozolin couldn't finish the play. In the 40th minute the ball was on its way in behind MDQ Raptors FC's goalkeeper Cosme Francesco, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Afanasiy Mozolin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Vera having to interfere. Daniel Zorita's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cosme Francesco read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 46th minute of play.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Daniel Järvenperä made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Järvenperä in the 53rd minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Julio Vera didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Hermengildo Ursino went, in the 57th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. 61 minutes into the game, Daniel Zorita recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Cosme Francesco. Daniel Zorita showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Ecuador getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Agustín Saelices hit a great ball. Cosme Francesco made a fantastic save in the 72nd minute, when Daniel Zorita sent off a good shot on target. Cosme Francesco made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Zorita in the 74th minute. After 75 played minutes MDQ Raptors FC got a freekick which was hit by Afanasiy Mozolin. Cosme Francesco made a fantastic save in the 80th minute, when Daniel Zorita sent off a good shot on target. Cosme Francesco was a little too slow when Felix Montenegro got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 87th minute. The score was now 3-2. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Järvenperä, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Primitivo Andino got a free kick in the 92nd minute. When the referee blew the final whistle, MDQ Raptors FC could leave the field as winners, despite Ecuador having more of the ball for most of the match.
