Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Cantera FC's Anselmo Monteiro started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Mariano Lacasa might have been able to make a better finish in the 3rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Aquilino Felo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mariano Lacasa ran back to his position shaking his head. Hakkı Türel kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. 13 minutes into the match, Chile's goal looked a bit too open when Anselmo Monteiro came free, but Thiago Pliego reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 14 minutes into the match, Chile's Mariano Lacasa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Aquilino Felo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Cantera FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Ambrosio Astera in the 26th minute. Cantera FC were awarded a corner in the 30th minute after Chile's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Ambrosio Astera took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Ambrosio Astera got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Thiago Pliego quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Thiago Pliego was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Anselmo Monteiro showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 32 minute of play. After a rather tough play, Chile's Guillermo Fontirroig got a free kick in the 35th minute. In the 38th minute the ball was on its way in behind Cantera FC's goalkeeper Aquilino Felo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Aquilino Felo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 40th minute of the match. With an all-out effort, Cantera FC's Thiago Pliego threw himself towards the right post 45 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Frantz Fillali, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 45 minutes into the match, Chile's goal looked a bit too open when Frantz Fillali came free, but Thiago Pliego reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mariano Lacasa to make the kick off. 51 minutes into the game, Chile's Mariano Lacasa nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Aquilino Felo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Aquilino Felo came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by Chile's Mariano Lacasa. But to his dismay, Mariano Lacasa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. A collision led to Cantera FC getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Daniel Franco hit a great ball. Thiago Pliego made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hakkı Türel in the 61st minute of play. In the 63rd minute Mariano Lacasa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aquilino Felo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 64th minute Chile were awarded a corner. Mariano Lacasa went to the cornerflag to take it. Aquilino Felo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 74th minute. When David Abar fell near the penalty area in the 75th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cantera FC's protests and gave David Abar a yellow card for diving instead. David Abar hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. When the match had gone on for 76 minutes, Mariano Lacasa put it in 1-3 from a short distance just to the right of Aquilino Felo. 79 minutes into the match, Chile's goal looked a bit too open when Hakkı Türel came free, but Thiago Pliego reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 81 minutes had been played when some careless play by Chile's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Ambrosio Astera was slow to take the kick. During this time Cantera FC's players had a chance to rest. 87 minutes into the match, Cantera FC's goalkeeper Aquilino Felo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mariano Lacasa. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Anselmo Monteiro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cantera FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Anselmo Monteiro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Thiago Pliego breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 90th minute, Daniel Franco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Hakkı Türel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Cantera FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Chile's performance. The match ended with a win for Chile.
