Milagros Fraga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tiago Rodrigues having to interfere. The attack was good, but when Julian Murillo in the 19th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. In the 22nd minute Julian Murillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tiago Rodrigues saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eliseo Mina fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tiago Rodrigues having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Fhury FC's Serafim Rebocho got a free kick in the 31st minute. In the 38th minute, Eliseo Mina left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Peru fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Tiago Rodrigues showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julian Murillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. After 47 played minutes Fhury FC got a freekick which was hit by Carlos Rodrigues. The Fhury FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Peru were winning 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Julian Murillo to make the kick off. Tiago Rodrigues showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julian Murillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Alonso Berganza hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. In the 59th minute Nuno Madureira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolando Noboa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 63rd minute of the match Peru got a corner. Fhury FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Luz Tejedor ran over to the corner to take the kick. The supporters of Peru booed when Fhury FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aloísio Barbosa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tiago Rodrigues made a fantastic save in the 65th minute, when Julian Murillo sent off a good shot on target. The throw-in from Aloísio Barbosa in the 68th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Peru's Alonso Berganza. The supporters of Peru booed when Fhury FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bruno Rodrigues didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fhury FC's Tiago Rodrigues played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Murillo in the 78th minute of play. Fhury FC made a substitution. Vicente Candeias replaced Valter Bentes. Aloísio Barbosa made in the 90th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Peru's Alonso Berganza. In the 93rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The Fhury FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Peru were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
