That made the score 1-0 in the 3 minute of play. 6 minutes into the match, Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pál Pintér. 8 minutes into the match, Village Saint Charles FRC's goal looked a bit too open when Lautaro Mancebo came free, but Desiderio Montel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Desiderio Montel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alberto Tafalla in the 10th minute of the match. Mexico were awarded a corner in the 11th minute after Village Saint Charles FRC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Joel Gaona took the corner. Dante Lacasa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Pál Pintér in the 14th minute. If Lautaro Mancebo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Joel Gaona fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Desiderio Montel having to interfere. After 20 played minutes Village Saint Charles FRC got a freekick which was hit by Bernt Blomqvist. In the 24th minute, Lautaro Mancebo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 严傲飞 in the 26th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 27th minute of play forced Village Saint Charles FRC's goalkeeper Desiderio Montel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 32 played minutes Mexico got a freekick which was hit by Luca Rouco. Desiderio Montel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luca Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If 严傲飞 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Village Saint Charles FRC's Michael Corleone got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Pál Pintér could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 46th minute of the match, but Dante Lacasa made a huge save. Michael Corleone came free with the goalkeeper in the 47th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Dante Lacasa could save by the left post. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Pál Pintér to strike the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Village Saint Charles FRC's Desiderio Montel got control of the ball when Lautaro Mancebo tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by 严傲飞 in the 55th minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 64 played minutes Village Saint Charles FRC got a freekick which was hit by Bernt Blomqvist. After a rather tough play, Mexico's Luca Rouco got a free kick in the 68th minute. In the 69th minute the ball was on its way in behind Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Joel Gaona's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Desiderio Montel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 70th minute of play. Desiderio Montel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joel Gaona, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. Joel Gaona struck a weak shot in the 75th minute. Desiderio Montel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mexico. A collision led to Mexico getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Luca Rouco hit a great ball. Mexico's Joel Gaona got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 87th match minute, Village Saint Charles FRC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Chucky Segundo to maneuver through the defense. Village Saint Charles FRC made a substitution. Bernardino Telo replaced Hector Herensuge. After a rather tough play, Village Saint Charles FRC's Chucky Segundo got a free kick in the 89th minute. Lautaro Mancebo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Desiderio Montel made a huge save. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Village Saint Charles FRC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Mexico had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
