Felix Montenegro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 22nd minute the ball was on its way in behind PANTERA NEGRA's goalkeeper Joachim Macías, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Cristian Sancho managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Cristian Sancho was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Joachim Macías breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 29 minutes of play, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Joachim Macías was left in no man's land by his defense there! 32 minutes into the match, PANTERA NEGRA's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Joachim Macías reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Ecuador booed when PANTERA NEGRA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maksymilian Prus didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luis Andino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Joachim Macías tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 42 minutes into the match, Daniel Zorita notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of PANTERA NEGRA's Joachim Macías. Joachim Macías was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Daniel Zorita in the 44th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Joachim Macías saved PANTERA NEGRA from getting behind. In the 47thth minute of the game Cristian Sancho who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but PANTERA NEGRA's Joachim Macías was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After the first half Ecuador were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Fabiano Tatangelo to strike the kick off in the second half. Felix Montenegro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 50th minute of the match, but Joachim Macías made a huge save. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. PANTERA NEGRA's Joachim Macías played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Juan Sebastián Puig in the 57th minute of play. The supporters of Ecuador booed when PANTERA NEGRA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eneto Redondo didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luis Andino in the 60th minute of play forced PANTERA NEGRA's goalkeeper Joachim Macías to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 62nd minute, Daniel Zorita ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Joachim Macías was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Joachim Macías tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Joachim Macías showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 67th minute of the match. In the 69th minute Lobo Estruch shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Joachim Macías showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Felix Montenegro, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. Cristian Sancho struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Joachim Macías didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. Joachim Macías made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Zorita in the 75th minute. In the 76th minute, Daniel Zorita reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Joachim Macías. The goal made the score 0-6. An unexpected shot in the 81st minute by Cristian Sancho got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 84th minute, Daniel Zorita left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ecuador fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-7. Eneto Redondo's late challenge caught a Ecuador's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eneto Redondo helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to PANTERA NEGRA getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Eneto Redondo hit a great ball. Joachim Macías made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Zorita in the 94th minute. After 95 played minutes PANTERA NEGRA got a freekick which was hit by Herbert Aver. Ecuador's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
