Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Kryspin Anszczak took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 2nd match minute, Costa Rica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Abel Carballo to maneuver through the defense. 3 minutes into the match, Tolek Hoffman had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Benito Sanz. Costa Rica's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tolek Hoffman was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. 6 minutes into the match, Fc Radomsko's Bogumil Zdanowicz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Benito Sanz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After some careless play in the Costa Rica defense, Kryspin Anszczak kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Benito Sanz. The Costa Rica fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Benito Sanz should have stopped the shot. Tanek Golembiewski hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. In the 12th match minute, Fc Radomsko was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zbigniew Bykowski to maneuver through the defense. If Eliseo Noboa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 16 minutes into the match, Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bogumil Zdanowicz. Juan Rubio charged in rather forcefully in the 18th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Juan Rubio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 18th minute, Juan Rubio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tolek Hoffman who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 19thth minute tested the skills of Benito Sanz when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The supporters of Fc Radomsko booed when Costa Rica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aaron Alcocer didn't get a good kick on the ball. Wlodzimierz Mudry took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 21st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Benito Sanz. Costa Rica's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Fc Radomsko's zone, Eliseo Noboa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Feyyaz İley came out of the goal and Eliseo Noboa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tolek Hoffman scored 3-0 in the 26th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Benito Sanz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 30 minutes into the match, Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kryspin Anszczak. Benito Sanz made a fantastic save in the 31st minute, when Kryspin Anszczak sent off a good shot on target. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tolek Hoffman in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Benito Sanz saved Costa Rica from getting behind. Benito Sanz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gilbert Januszewski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet as Tolek Hoffman kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Benito Sanz. That made the score 4-0 in the 38 minute of play. If Wlodzimierz Mudry had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kryspin Anszczak got free with Benito Sanz in the 43rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Gilbert Januszewski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benito Sanz having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Axel Tasis stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Costa Rica's Benito Sanz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gilbert Januszewski in the 51st minute of play. In the 53rd minute, Kryspin Anszczak left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Fc Radomsko fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. Benito Sanz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kryspin Anszczak in the 55th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tolek Hoffman in the 59th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Benito Sanz saved Costa Rica from getting behind. Benito Sanz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 80 minutes into the game, Kryspin Anszczak cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 8-0. Benito Sanz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 84th minute, Kryspin Anszczak ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Benito Sanz was frozen by the shot and now it was 9-0. Benito Sanz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kryspin Anszczak, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. Benito Sanz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kryspin Anszczak's shot from short distance in the 90th minute. Benito Sanz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tolek Hoffman in the 92nd minute of play. 94 minutes into the game, Lautaro Puig was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Costa Rica's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Fc Radomsko the free kick.
