Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Axel Tasis made the kick off which started today's match. Costa Rica's Benito Sanz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 4th minute of the match, managed to save Costa Rica from getting a goal against them. Rogelio Policarpio kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. With a little luck, Costa Rica's Benito Sanz got control of the ball when Antonello Roccuzzo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Benito Sanz made a fantastic save in the 10th minute, when Antonello Roccuzzo sent off a good shot on target. After 11 played minutes Costa Rica got a freekick which was hit by Alan Moruga. In the 13th minute, Alexander Carballo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpected shot in the 14th minute by Antonello Roccuzzo got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Benito Sanz made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when Rogelio Policarpio sent off a good shot on target. Dário Pinho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eliseo Noboa in the 18th minute of play. The supporters of Costa Rica booed when SHIZUOKA FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Victorio Orlan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Benito Sanz was a little too slow when Rogelio Policarpio got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 24th minute. The score was now 2-0. Rogelio Policarpio's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 28thth minute, Benito Sanz skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After having played for 30 minutes, Rogelio Policarpio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SHIZUOKA FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rogelio Policarpio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rogelio Policarpio struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. Benito Sanz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SHIZUOKA FC. Antonello Roccuzzo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Antonello Roccuzzo was the one to do the kick off. Dário Pinho made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lautaro Puig in the 51st minute. 53 minutes into the match, Rogelio Policarpio had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Benito Sanz. Costa Rica's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rogelio Policarpio was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. Guaberto Lugo's late challenge caught a Costa Rica's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Guaberto Lugo helped the player get up and apologised. In the 67th minute, Rogelio Policarpio left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SHIZUOKA FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-0. Benito Sanz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antonello Roccuzzo, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. 75 minutes into the match, Rogelio Policarpio had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Benito Sanz. Costa Rica's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rogelio Policarpio was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 8-0. In a very dangerous position, a player in Costa Rica fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 77th minute. Penalty! After some careless play in the Costa Rica defense, Rogelio Policarpio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Benito Sanz. The Costa Rica fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Benito Sanz should have stopped the shot. Benito Sanz came out of the goal in the 81st minute to try and stop a shot by SHIZUOKA FC's Rogelio Policarpio. But to his dismay, Rogelio Policarpio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 10-0. Benito Sanz didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when SHIZUOKA FC's Rogelio Policarpio shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 11-0 in the ordered_time% minute. 88 minutes into the game, SHIZUOKA FC's Rogelio Policarpio nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Benito Sanz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 12-0. Benito Sanz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Guaberto Lugo went, in the 97th minute, to the upper right corner, 13-0 was the resulting score. When the referee ended the match the SHIZUOKA FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
