Radoslaw Oleszak showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mariano Lacasa, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. A nice corner shot did that Matheus Cunha got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Thiago Pliego quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. With a little luck, Chile's Thiago Pliego got control of the ball when Diguinho Seco tried to sneak it across the goal line. Thiago Pliego showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carlos Fernando Faria in the 32nd minute of the match. In the 33rd minute, La Bestia Negra's Carlos Fernando Faria ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Thiago Pliego. Thiago Pliego yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-1. Radoslaw Oleszak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 40th minute of play. After a rather tough play, La Bestia Negra's Filomeno Martxot got a free kick in the 44th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The crowd rose to their feet as Chile's Mariano Lacasa slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Radoslaw Oleszak. That made the score 3-2 after 81 minutes of play. In the 89th match minute, La Bestia Negra was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Filomeno Martxot to maneuver through the defense. Mariano Lacasa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Radoslaw Oleszak read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 95th minute of play.
