Pedro Manzanares made a fantastic save in the 12th minute, when Carlos Fernando Faria sent off a good shot on target. Radoslaw Oleszak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abram Sarmiento in the 14th minute of play. 15 minutes into the match, Axel Montenegro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Radoslaw Oleszak. La Bestia Negra's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Axel Montenegro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Radoslaw Oleszak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abram Sarmiento in the 19th minute of play. Carlos Fernando Faria's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pedro Manzanares read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 20th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Axel Montenegro in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Radoslaw Oleszak saved La Bestia Negra from getting behind. If Axel Montenegro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Axel Montenegro in the 30th minute of play forced La Bestia Negra's goalkeeper Radoslaw Oleszak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The throw-in from Diego Cardozo in the 33rd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Colombia's Pascual Carballar. 34 minutes into the match, La Bestia Negra's goal looked a bit too open when Axel Montenegro came free, but Radoslaw Oleszak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 34 minutes into the game, Joshua Garrido cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Radoslaw Oleszak was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Abram Sarmiento received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Radoslaw Oleszak tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Abram Sarmiento fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Radoslaw Oleszak having to interfere. The throw-in from Germano Pena in the 52nd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Colombia's Axel Montenegro. Colombia's Pedro Manzanares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carlos Fernando Faria in the 55th minute of play. Radoslaw Oleszak made a fantastic save in the 56th minute, when Pascual Carballar sent off a good shot on target. In the 57th minute of the match Colombia got a corner. La Bestia Negra's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Axel Montenegro ran over to the corner to take the kick. Pedro Manzanares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlos Fernando Faria in the 60th minute of play. La Bestia Negra's Ulf Möller was substituted for Germano Pena. La Bestia Negra's Diguinho Seco was substituted for Carlos Fernando Faria. La Bestia Negra's Nuno Reis was substituted for Matheus Cunha. 63 minutes had been played when some careless play by Colombia's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Falcão Vasconcelos was slow to take the kick. During this time La Bestia Negra's players had a chance to rest. In the 64th minute, Diego Cardozo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Colombia's Ignacio Mastache was substituted for Abram Sarmiento. After 68 played minutes La Bestia Negra got a freekick which was hit by Diguinho Seco. Radoslaw Oleszak came out and tried to block the shot, but Ignacio Mastache slotted it home off the left post making it 5-6 in the 97th minute. The Colombia players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
