Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Edmund Schoettle took the kick off in the first half of the match. 2 minutes into the match, Felix Montenegro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kristian Willem Neuling. Tiger's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Felix Montenegro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. 7 minutes into the game, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Kristian Willem Neuling made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Luis Andino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 12th minute, Cristian Sancho ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kristian Willem Neuling was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Tiger's Kristian Willem Neuling played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 15th minute of play. In the 17th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A collision led to Tiger getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Manuel Gebauer hit a great ball. When Cristian Sancho fell near the penalty area in the 24th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ecuador's protests and gave Cristian Sancho a yellow card for diving instead. Cristian Sancho kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Cristian Sancho took the ball and in the 29 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kristian Willem Neuling. Kristian Willem Neuling dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. Kristian Willem Neuling stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cristian Sancho's shot from short distance in the 38th minute. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edmund Schoettle in the 45th minute of the match. In the 45thth minute of the game Edmund Schoettle who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ecuador's Julio Vera was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 47th minute, Daniel Zorita got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The Tiger players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Ecuador were winning 0-5.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Daniel Zorita was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rd minute, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-6. After 58 played minutes Tiger got a freekick which was hit by Bruno Mätz. The supporters of Ecuador booed when Tiger was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Antonius Zagermann didn't get a good kick on the ball. Antonius Zagermann kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Zinédine Stoletzky hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. Cristian Sancho succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-7 in the 68th playminute. A collision led to Tiger getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Valentin Loos hit a great ball. Edmund Schoettle scored 1-7 in the 76th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Julio Vera, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edmund Schoettle in the 80th minute of play. Kristian Willem Neuling made an important save on a dangerous shot by Agustín Saelices in the 81st minute. Detmar Stuchtey hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. In the 85th minute Luis Andino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kristian Willem Neuling saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Ecuador's Cristian Sancho slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Kristian Willem Neuling. That made the score 1-8 after 87 minutes of play. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edmund Schoettle, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. If Edmund Schoettle had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match was over Ecuador could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Tiger throughout the match.
