He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Atlético Municipal reached it. 44 minutes into the match, Andy Montanez dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Lautaro Navarro, 1-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bastiaro Fresco during the 46th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Atlético Municipal's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sebastian Villa was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. When the referee blew the final whistle, Atlético Municipal could leave the field as winners, despite Honduras having more of the ball for most of the match.
