Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Joel Gaona got the match started through his kick off. Claude Sena recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 4th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dante Lacasa was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Willie Colon showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 7 minute of play. 10 minutes into the game, Mexico's Facundo Cadaval nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Chuan Cintron made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Oscar De León in the 18th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dante Lacasa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Oscar De León in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dante Lacasa saved Mexico from getting behind. Chuan Cintron took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lautaro Mancebo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Chuan Cintron made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla in the 21st minute of play. In the 22nd minute, Willie Colon ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dante Lacasa was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Willie Colon in the 28th minute of play. Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oscar De León, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Atlético Municipal's Chuan Cintron played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 33rd minute of play. In the 34th match minute, Mexico was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Facundo Cadaval to maneuver through the defense. Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oscar De León, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 40th minute, Lautaro Mancebo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mexico fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. In the 45th minute, Willie Colon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Chuan Cintron showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alberto Tafalla in the 47th minute of the match. Chuan Cintron stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alberto Tafalla's shot from short distance in the 47th minute. The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Atlético Municipal's Silvanito Gainza was substituted for Azubeli Roman. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Willie Colon to make the kick off. Atlético Municipal's Chuan Cintron proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 55th minute of the match, managed to save Atlético Municipal from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Mexico getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Leonardo Leoz hit a great ball. With an all-out effort, Mexico's Chuan Cintron threw himself towards the right post 57 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Joel Gaona, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Chuan Cintron made a fantastic save in the 58th minute, when Alberto Tafalla sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, Atlético Municipal's Chuan Cintron got control of the ball when Alberto Tafalla tried to sneak it across the goal line. Oscar De León fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dante Lacasa having to interfere. Chuan Cintron showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. 70 minutes into the game, Atlético Municipal's Willie Colon nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dante Lacasa made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-2. Atlético Municipal made a substitution. Gau Resto replaced Oscar De León. After 74 minutes, Leonardo Leoz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Mexico and the Atlético Municipal players grew even worse after the yellow card. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alberto Tafalla got free with Chuan Cintron in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The crowd rose to their feet as Mexico's Lautaro Mancebo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Chuan Cintron. That made the score 3-3 after 83 minutes of play. 86 minutes into the game, Mexico's Joel Gaona nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Chuan Cintron made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-4. Joel Gaona scored 3-5 in the 95th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Chuan Cintron, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
