Cebollitas F.C.'s Carmelo Gumaro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abraham Alguacil in the 5th minute of play. After 13 minutes, Damian Veto mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cebollitas F.C. and the Panama players grew even worse after the yellow card. Damian Veto kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. 17 minutes into the match, Cebollitas F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Berganza came free, but Carmelo Gumaro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tomas Berganza in the 21st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Carmelo Gumaro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Berganza in the 22nd minute of play forced Cebollitas F.C.'s goalkeeper Carmelo Gumaro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Carmelo Gumaro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Berganza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tomas Berganza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carmelo Gumaro having to interfere. After 30 played minutes Cebollitas F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Damian Veto. Carmelo Gumaro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abraham Alguacil in the 31st minute of play. Tomas Berganza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carmelo Gumaro having to interfere. Damian Veto hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. Carmelo Gumaro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abraham Alguacil, who was totally free with the ball in the 48th minute.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tomas Berganza made a kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Tomas Berganza managed to get in a good position for a shot. Panama's supporters rose to their feet, but Tomas Berganza was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Carmelo Gumaro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Cebollitas F.C.'s Carmelo Gumaro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Berganza in the 56th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Panama's Abraham Alguacil slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Carmelo Gumaro. That made the score 0-2 after 59 minutes of play. 64 minutes into the game, Tomas Berganza cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Carmelo Gumaro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Carmelo Gumaro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Berganza in the 68th minute of play. Abraham Alguacil did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-4 to the left of a surprised Carmelo Gumaro 71 minutes into the match. Carmelo Gumaro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Abraham Alguacil in the 74th minute. Tomas Berganza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Carmelo Gumaro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 83rd minute, Celso Savier hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 84th minute of the match, Tomas Berganza tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Carmelo Gumaro saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 96th minute, Isidoro Sarmiento ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Carmelo Gumaro was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. The Cebollitas F.C. supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Panama's performance. The match ended with a win for Panama.
