Gustavo Gabriel came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by Mexico's Joel Gaona. But to his dismay, Joel Gaona quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. 钱翔希 did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-1 to the left of a surprised Dante Lacasa 26 minutes into the match. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Jeronimo Celipe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Gaona in the 87th minute of play forced ≮Empire≯℃ool.℃ola.蜀.可乐's goalkeeper Gustavo Gabriel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 钱翔希 might have been able to make a better finish in the 90th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dante Lacasa.
