Peru's Eliseo Mina quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Carlos Berbiz, made in the 81st minute of the game. If Cheng Zhan Sheng had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Peru's Eliseo Alcocer was substituted for Moises Gayoso.
