In the 9th minute the ball was on its way in behind Aslangücü's goalkeeper Tayfur Demir, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 21st minute, Todor Mitrashkov reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jonathan Ferrant. The goal made the score 2-1. When the match had gone on for 29 minutes, Todor Mitrashkov put it in 3-1 from a short distance just to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. After having played for 68 minutes, Nano Boninski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Aslangücü's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nano Boninski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Todor Mitrashkov in the 70th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonathan Ferrant saved Venezuela from getting behind. The audience was convinced that Tomas Illescas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tayfur Demir was relentless in the 90th minute of the game. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Aslangücü had played much better football throughout.
