Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cristian Sancho in the 18th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aykan İsmet prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match clock showed 18 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Cristian Sancho sped through FC Gladiators Milošová's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Aykan İsmet. The supporters of FC Gladiators Milošová booed when Ecuador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Juan Sebastián Puig didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 31st minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Gladiators Milošová's goalkeeper Aykan İsmet, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 41st match minute, Ecuador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Felix Montes to maneuver through the defense. Aykan İsmet showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. 45 minutes into the game, Daniel Zorita cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

FC Gladiators Milošová's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. FC Gladiators Milošová's Aykan İsmet proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 59th minute of the match, managed to save FC Gladiators Milošová from getting a goal against them. After some careless play in the FC Gladiators Milošová defense, Cristian Sancho kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Aykan İsmet. The FC Gladiators Milošová fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Aykan İsmet should have stopped the shot. When FC Gladiators Milošová's Ibrahim Hanif in the 63rd minute got a chance for a shot 63rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. FC Gladiators Milošová's supporters rose to their feet, but Ibrahim Hanif was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Julio Vera breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. FC Gladiators Milošová's Aykan İsmet proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 76th minute of the match, managed to save FC Gladiators Milošová from getting a goal against them. Ibrahim Hanif's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Julio Vera read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 82nd minute of play. When Ľubomír Macák came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the FC Gladiators Milošová fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ľubomír Macák couldn't finish the play. The attack was good, but when Juan Sebastián Puig in the 87th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Vinny Tusk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Vera having to interfere. After 95 minutes FC Gladiators Milošová's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Daniel Zorita who took care of the corner kick. Ecuador's Felix Montes was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Aykan İsmet in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in.
