After some careless play in the Karamázov defense, Abram Sarmiento kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Brickeen Wall. The Karamázov fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Brickeen Wall should have stopped the shot. The throw-in from Luis Cazalla in the 9th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Karamázov's Anton Kjellkvist. With his leg Pedro Manzanares managed to avoid a goal in the 12thth minute, when Karamázov's Braulio Uhin fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Abram Sarmiento received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Brickeen Wall tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Brickeen Wall made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abram Sarmiento in the 17th minute of play. Colombia's Pedro Manzanares proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save Colombia from getting a goal against them. 27 minutes into the match, Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ahmet Ege Nesefi. Brickeen Wall took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abram Sarmiento, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Braulio Uhin received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Pedro Manzanares came out and tried to block the shot, but Braulio Uhin slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 32nd minute. Colombia's Pedro Manzanares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aureliano Cordeara in the 38th minute of play. Sungur Vahat might have been able to make a better finish in the 41st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Pedro Manzanares. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Sungur Vahat ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 43rd match minute, Karamázov was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Iván Karamazov to maneuver through the defense. Orlando Tafalla hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Braulio Uhin was the one to do the kick off. When the match had gone on for 52 minutes, Braulio Uhin put it in 2-1 from a short distance just to the right of Pedro Manzanares. Brickeen Wall showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abram Sarmiento in the 55th minute of the match. Sungur Vahat kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. Axel Montenegro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 62nd minute of the match, but Brickeen Wall made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Santino Seco in the 63rd minute of play forced Karamázov's goalkeeper Brickeen Wall to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Santino Seco kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Brickeen Wall. That made the score 2-2 in the 64 minute of play. Colombia made a substitution. Ignacio Mastache replaced Abram Sarmiento. Colombia's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Kevin Mastache in the 71st minute. The supporters of Colombia booed when Karamázov was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aureliano Cordeara didn't get a good kick on the ball. Brickeen Wall was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Kevin Mastache. Brickeen Wall took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abram Secada, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Abram Secada got free with Brickeen Wall in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 83rd minute, Colombia's Santino Seco ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Brickeen Wall. Brickeen Wall yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-3. Brickeen Wall was a little too slow when Ignacio Mastache got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 88th minute. The score was now 2-4.
