Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Uruguay's Francisco Seco started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Joaquin Gayoso came out of the goal in the 2nd minute to try and stop a shot by SoPpÅkArNa's Rodrigo Granado. But to his dismay, Rodrigo Granado quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. In the 6th match minute, SoPpÅkArNa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zaq Childs to maneuver through the defense. Jaime Cazalla, 6 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. In the 8th minute of the match, Rodrigo Granado tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Joaquin Gayoso saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Joel Kruuse showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Francisco Seco in the 10th minute of the match. 11 minutes into the match, Uruguay's goalkeeper Joaquin Gayoso had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rodrigo Granado. Joaquin Gayoso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rodrigo Granado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 16th minute, Fredrik Bergman reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Joaquin Gayoso. The goal made the score 2-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rodrigo Granado in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Joaquin Gayoso saved Uruguay from getting behind. 20 minutes into the match, SoPpÅkArNa's goal looked a bit too open when Maximiliano Escribano came free, but Joel Kruuse reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Uruguay's Maximiliano Escribano managed to work through SoPpÅkArNa's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Maximiliano Escribano dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rodrigo Granado in the 22nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Joaquin Gayoso prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Joaquin Gayoso didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rodrigo Granado went, in the 23rd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. The supporters of SoPpÅkArNa booed when Uruguay was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bruno Beldad didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in SoPpÅkArNa's zone, Alberto Gisbert stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Joel Kruuse came out of the goal and Alberto Gisbert tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 31 minutes into the match, Uruguay's goal looked a bit too open when Inge Askelöf came free, but Joaquin Gayoso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Fredrik Bergman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rodrigo Granado didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 4-0 via right post in the game's 35th minute. SoPpÅkArNa's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! With a couple of smart ball manuevers Inge Askelöf in the 40th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Joaquin Gayoso saved Uruguay from getting behind. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rodrigo Granado stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The audience was convinced that Rodrigo Granado's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Joaquin Gayoso was relentless in the 64th minute of the game. In the 67th minute Rodrigo Granado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joaquin Gayoso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Francisco Seco couldn't finish the play. With a little luck, SoPpÅkArNa's Joel Kruuse got control of the ball when Maximiliano Escribano tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience was convinced that Rodrigo Granado's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Joaquin Gayoso was relentless in the 79th minute of the game. In the 81st minute Wilmer Österlund shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joaquin Gayoso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
