After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Luis Andino got a free kick in the 2nd minute. Casimiro Estefan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 6th minute of play. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lisandro Bastiaro, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. CARP2020 were awarded a corner in the 10th minute after Ecuador's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Lisandro Bastiaro took the corner. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Casimiro Estefan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, CARP2020's Hipolito Criston got a free kick in the 20th minute. In the 22ndth minute of the game Cristian Sancho who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but CARP2020's Casimiro Estefan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Casimiro Estefan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 30 minutes into the game, Ermegildo Frederik cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Julio Vera was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Luis Andino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Casimiro Estefan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Casimiro Estefan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Zorita in the 35th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 37th minute of play forced CARP2020's goalkeeper Casimiro Estefan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The wind increased when Daniel Zorita made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Daniel Zorita got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Casimiro Estefan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 60th minute the ball was on its way in behind CARP2020's goalkeeper Casimiro Estefan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Luis Andino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Casimiro Estefan having to interfere. Lisandro Bastiaro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 64th minute Lisandro Bastiaro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 65 minutes into the match, CARP2020's goalkeeper Casimiro Estefan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Daniel Zorita. When Ermegildo Frederik came up free with the goalie in the 68th minute, the CARP2020 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ermegildo Frederik couldn't finish the play. Daniel Zoritas short, quick shot in the 78thth minute got Casimiro Estefan to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. With his leg Casimiro Estefan managed to avoid a goal in the 86thth minute, when Ecuador's Daniel Zorita fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ermegildo Frederik in the 90th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, CARP2020's Casimiro Estefan got control of the ball when Cristian Sancho tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ecuador's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Daniel Zorita in the 93rd minute. After taking down the ball on Ecuador's corner Daniel Zorita fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Casimiro Estefan quite easily take care of the ball. In the 94th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ermegildo Frederik took the ball and in the 94 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Julio Vera. Julio Vera dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. CARP2020 were victorious despite being under pressure from Ecuador for much of the match.
