The supporters of Canada booed when AYAZAĞA FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nathan Felder didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, AYAZAĞA FK's Nathan Felder got a free kick in the 16th minute. 20 minutes into the match, Canada's goal looked a bit too open when Berke Gümüşsoy came free, but Jax Williamson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 49th minute of the match Kemalettin Keskiner sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jax Williamson skillfully saved the ball. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Koby Wright made the kick off in the second half. In the 54th match minute, Canada was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Regan Jordan to maneuver through the defense. Berke Gümüşsoy scored 1-0 in the 56th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jax Williamson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Canada made a substitution. Theo Burton replaced Rohan Watson. Canada's Filip Edwards was substituted for Koby Wright. Canada's attentive Carter George managed to snatch the ball when Vecdi Baysan made a throw-in in the 67th minute of the game. If Atabek Makbul had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Jax Williamson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Atabek Makbul, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jan Dixon got free with Adulfo Antunez in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The AYAZAĞA FK players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
