Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Zlatko Ibrahimović got the match started through his kick off. A throw-in in the 6th minute of the game was made by Macos Graciani with Luca Zorita as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zlatko Ibrahimović in the 8th minute of play. When Lautaro Mancebo came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the Mexico fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lautaro Mancebo couldn't finish the play. After 16 played minutes Fragleses got a freekick which was hit by Adam Zawaski. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zlatko Ibrahimović in the 23rd minute of play. Mexico's Facundo Cadaval managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Conrado Cardozo in the 29 minute of the game. Kim Hänninen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joel Gaona in the 30th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lautaro Mancebo in the 31st minute of play forced Fragleses's goalkeeper Kim Hänninen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 35th minute, Lautaro Mancebo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mexico fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Joel Gaona to strike the kick off in the second half. Zlatko Ibrahimović blasted a shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dante Lacasa having to make a save. After having played for 55 minutes, Joel Gaona managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mexico's supporters crossed their fingers, but Joel Gaona was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Kim Hänninen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alberto Tafalla in the 58th minute of the match. 58 minutes into the game, Mexico's Alberto Tafalla nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Kim Hänninen made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Lautaro Mancebo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 71st minute of the match, but Kim Hänninen made a huge save. Zlatko Ibrahimović might have been able to make a better finish in the 74th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dante Lacasa. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Zlatko Ibrahimović ran back to his position shaking his head. Fragleses made a substitution. Waldemar Wojtowicz replaced Olaf Wojtowicz. Kim Hänninen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Lautaro Mancebo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Kim Hänninen made a huge save. Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Grzegorz Rasiak, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. With an all-out effort, Mexico's Kim Hänninen threw himself towards the right post 86 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Joel Gaona, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Luca Zorita's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kim Hänninen read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 89th minute of play. Haralampi Smrikarov hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. Joel Gaona recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 96 minutes into the game, Joel Gaona cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Kim Hänninen was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The Fragleses supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Mexico's performance. The match ended with a win for Mexico.
