Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Mariano Lacasa took the kick off in the first half of the match. Geronimo Ongile came out of the goal in the 3rd minute to try and stop a shot by Chile's Orlando Casaus. But to his dismay, Orlando Casaus quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After a rather tough play, Gastres FC's Egemen Aldemir got a free kick in the 9th minute. In the 11th minute Mariano Lacasa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Geronimo Ongile saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Chile's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Mariano Lacasa in the 12th minute. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Gastres FC's goalie and right to Guillermo Fontirroig. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Gastres FC's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mariano Lacasa in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Geronimo Ongile saved Gastres FC from getting behind. After 22 played minutes Chile got a freekick which was hit by Alan Tamayo. In the 24thth minute Marcos Acuña easily got through Chile's defense and fired away a shot, but Thiago Pliego leaped left and performed a fabulous save. The audience was convinced that Teobaldo Belmiro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Thiago Pliego was relentless in the 26th minute of the game. When Gastres FC's Teobaldo Belmiro in the 26th minute got a chance for a shot 26th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Chile's goalie prevented a goal. In the 30th minute, Egemen Aldemir hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Geronimo Ongile took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Orlando Casaus, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Gastres FC's Teobaldo Belmiro in the 40th minute got a chance for a shot 40th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Chile's goalie prevented a goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Teobaldo Belmiro stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Mariano Lacasa came free with the goalkeeper in the 51st minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Geronimo Ongile could save by the left post. Geronimo Ongile came out of the goal in the 57th minute to try and stop a shot by Chile's Pedro Indiano. But to his dismay, Pedro Indiano quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. In the 64th minute Teobaldo Belmiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thiago Pliego saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A nice corner shot did that Marcos Acuña got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Thiago Pliego quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Geronimo Ongile made a fantastic save in the 68th minute, when Orlando Casaus sent off a good shot on target. After 77 played minutes Gastres FC got a freekick which was hit by Egemen Aldemir. Egemen Aldemir hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. Thiago Pliego showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Calistrat Geangu, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. Felix Garrido kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. Göran Nyström kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. A collision led to Chile getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Jose Manzanedo hit a great ball. In the 94th minute Teobaldo Belmiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thiago Pliego saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 97th minute Edgardo Javiar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thiago Pliego saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Chile's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
