Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Zlatko Ibrahimović started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 7th minute, Alberto Tafalla got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Zlatko Ibrahimović's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dante Lacasa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 14th minute of play. Dante Lacasa came out of the goal in the 15th minute to try and stop a shot by Fragleses's Zlatko Ibrahimović. But to his dismay, Zlatko Ibrahimović quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Dante Lacasa made a fantastic save in the 18th minute, when Zlatko Ibrahimović sent off a good shot on target. Lautaro Mancebo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 21st minute Lautaro Mancebo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kim Hänninen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 22nd minute of the match Mexico got a corner. Fragleses's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Joel Gaona ran over to the corner to take the kick. Kim Hänninen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joel Gaona, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. In the 27th minute, Joel Gaona left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mexico fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. In the 29th minute, Vsevolod Rotan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 32nd minute, Joel Gaona made a precise shot to the right of Kim Hänninen. Fragleses's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. In the 35th minute Zlatko Ibrahimović shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Lautaro Mancebo came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Mexico fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lautaro Mancebo couldn't finish the play. If Alberto Tafalla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a defensive mix-up in Fragleses's zone, Lautaro Mancebo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kim Hänninen came out of the goal and Lautaro Mancebo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 46 played minutes Mexico got a freekick which was hit by Macos Graciani.

Lautaro Mancebo took the ball and in the 52 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kim Hänninen. Kim Hänninen dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-3. Zlatko Ibrahimović fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dante Lacasa having to interfere. Mexico's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Joel Gaona in the 68th minute. After taking down the ball on Mexico's corner Joel Gaona fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Kim Hänninen quite easily take care of the ball. Fragleses's Kim Hänninen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luca Zorita in the 72nd minute of play. In the 75th minute the ball was on its way in behind Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Fragleses's zone, Lautaro Mancebo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kim Hänninen came out of the goal and Lautaro Mancebo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Fragleses's Grzegorz Rasiak was substituted for Zlatko Ibrahimović. Fragleses's Waldemar Wojtowicz was substituted for Olaf Wojtowicz. 86 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Grzegorz Rasiak came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 87 played minutes Fragleses got a freekick which was hit by Adam Zawaski. With a little luck, Fragleses's Kim Hänninen got control of the ball when Lautaro Mancebo tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 94th minute of the match Mexico got a corner. Fragleses's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Joel Gaona ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Joel Gaona got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Kim Hänninen quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Mexico's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
