Venezuela's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Best Playe was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. 16 minutes into the game, Heal the World FC's Best Playe nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jonathan Ferrant made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Venezuela's Jose Correa managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Ayoob Al Attar in the 19 minute of the game. Tomas Illescas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Najim Al Fadhalah, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Barrak Al Jalahma showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Illescas, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. 24 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Najim Al Fadhalah came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Heal the World FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Najim Al Fadhalah was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonathan Ferrant breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 39 minutes into the match, Tomas Illescas notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Heal the World FC's Barrak Al Jalahma. Barrak Al Jalahma was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Best Playe could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 46th minute of the match, but Jonathan Ferrant made a huge save. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

After 52 played minutes Heal the World FC got a freekick which was hit by Mosalam Shadad. In the 55th minute Best Playe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Best Playe in the 57th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Venezuela's zone, Best Playe stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal and Best Playe tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Heal the World FC's Ayoob Al Attar got a free kick in the 70th minute. 72 minutes into the game, Ayoob Al Attar threw the ball into play from the sideline. Venezuela's Jonathan Venegas quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. After a rather tough play, Heal the World FC's Ayoob Al Attar got a free kick in the 74th minute.
