Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Tomas Illescas started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Venezuela's defense didn't have a chance, in the 6th minute, when Angelo Callaghan scored to the left of an out of position Jonathan Ferrant, making the score, 1-0. Marcus Huff took the ball and in the 23 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Angelo Callaghan in the 26th minute of the match. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Angelo Callaghan, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Biddle Beer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jonathan Ferrant was a little too slow when Angelo Callaghan got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 34th minute. The score was now 4-0. In the 40th match minute, Thoona was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcus Jackson to maneuver through the defense. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Angelo Callaghan made a kick off. 58 minutes into the match, Tomas Illescas dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Petre Dimofte, 5-1. Rigoberto Mina hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Venezuela's zone, Biddle Beer stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal and Biddle Beer tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 68th minute Tomas Illescas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Petre Dimofte saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thoona's Petre Dimofte proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 69th minute of the match, managed to save Thoona from getting a goal against them. 72 minutes into the game, Tomas Illescas recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Petre Dimofte. Tomas Illescas showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 5-2. Darryl Munday lost his temper 77 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. Petre Dimofte had in the 80thth minute some difficulties stopping Tomas Illescas's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Berne Chant in the 86th minute of the match. When Thoona's Berne Chant in the 87th minute got a chance for a shot 87th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Venezuela's goalie prevented a goal. If Berne Chant had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marcus Huff's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jonathan Ferrant read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 90th minute of play. When the referee ended the match the Thoona players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
