Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Lu Yuan Yin started the match with the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 5th minute of play forced Chelmza Team's goalkeeper Waldemar Pawlik to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 8 minutes into the match, Chelmza Team's goal looked a bit too open when Felix Montenegro came free, but Waldemar Pawlik reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Zhou Yan Feng got free with Julio Vera in the 9th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 15th minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Waldemar Pawlik saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zhou Yan Feng in the 16th minute of play. In the 18th minute Chelmza Team were awarded a corner. Zbigniew Boniek went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Chelmza Team's Zbigniew Boniek to fire away a dangerous shot which Julio Vera despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Chelmza Team's Waldemar Pawlik played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 21st minute of play. Waldemar Pawlik showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Zorita in the 23rd minute of the match. In the 27th match minute, Chelmza Team was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kamilo Glik to maneuver through the defense. Waldemar Pawlik took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Felix Montenegro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 29 minutes Chelmza Team's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Daniel Zorita who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Daniel Zorita almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Chelmza Team's Waldemar Pawlik did a great save. 30 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Zikri Eygül came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lu Yuan Yin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Julio Vera read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 33rd minute of play. 35 minutes into the match, Chelmza Team's Lu Yuan Yin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Julio Vera narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Chelmza Team's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Zbigniew Boniek in the 37th minute. The corner ended in Stathis Giannopoulos almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Ecuador's Julio Vera did a great save. Waldemar Pawlik showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luis Andino in the 40th minute of the match. When Stathis Giannopoulos fell near the penalty area in the 42nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Chelmza Team's protests and gave Stathis Giannopoulos a yellow card for diving instead. After 42 played minutes Chelmza Team got a freekick which was hit by Stathis Giannopoulos. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Lu Yuan Yin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chelmza Team's supporters rose to their feet, but Lu Yuan Yin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Julio Vera breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Daniel Zorita was the one to do the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Chelmza Team's goalkeeper Waldemar Pawlik had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cristian Sancho. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lu Yuan Yin in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Julio Vera prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 61 minutes had been played when some careless play by Chelmza Team's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Daniel Zorita was slow to take the kick. During this time Ecuador's players had a chance to rest. Waldemar Pawlik made a fantastic save in the 62nd minute, when Cristian Sancho sent off a good shot on target. Chelmza Team's Zbigniew Boniek quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Primitivo Andino, made in the 67th minute of the game. The audience thought a goal was coming when Daniel Zorita got free with Waldemar Pawlik in the 74th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the match had gone on for 75 minutes, Cristian Sancho took a quick shot and it went in 0-2 without a chance for Waldemar Pawlik to make any attempt to save it. Chelmza Team's Marian Glembin was substituted for Stathis Giannopoulos. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zhou Yan Feng, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Chelmza Team's Waldemar Pawlik proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 84th minute of the match, managed to save Chelmza Team from getting a goal against them. In the 86th minute Segundo Casco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Felix Montenegro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Waldemar Pawlik tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luis Andino hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Segundo Casco in the 92nd minute of play. Chelmza Team's Waldemar Pawlik proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 96th minute of the match, managed to save Chelmza Team from getting a goal against them.
