Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Marcos Cotilla dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Tomas Berganza received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Donovan Belli came out and tried to block the shot, but Tomas Berganza slotted it home off the left post making it 1-4 in the 96th minute. The Real Pozzino manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Panama to win.
