Julian Chaime fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Ferrant having to interfere. Thanks to some nice moves Luckas Baert could shoot a difficult shot in the 13th minute, which Jonathan Ferrant however easily saved by the left post. Julian Chaime sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luckas Baert scored 3-0 in the 17th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jonathan Ferrant, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Julian Chaime received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. StarwarsNoAbandona9-12-18's Arturo Christobal got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Arturo Christobal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Ferrant having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Luckas Baert got free with Jonathan Ferrant in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jonathan Ferrant made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Luckas Baert sent off a good shot on target. The attack was good, but when Luckas Baert in the 29th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. In the 32nd minute Tomas Illescas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but András Tóth saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to StarwarsNoAbandona9-12-18 getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Dionisio Hug hit a great ball. Jonathan Ferrant made a fantastic save in the 37th minute, when Arturo Christobal sent off a good shot on target. In the 42nd minute, Luckas Baert left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The StarwarsNoAbandona9-12-18 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arturo Christobal in the 47th minute of the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Luckas Baert to make the kick off. If Luckas Baert had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jose Correa charged in rather forcefully in the 53rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jose Correa the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Salvador Gil took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 54th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Luckas Baert sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luckas Baert, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 68 minutes had been played when some careless play by Venezuela's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Salvador Gil was slow to take the kick. During this time StarwarsNoAbandona9-12-18's players had a chance to rest. It was a well-played corner which Salvador Romelio managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Generoso Egun made in the 72nd minute of the game a quick throw-in and Anastasio Tibalt immediately put the ball in play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arturo Christobal in the 73rd minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luckas Baert, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. When Guillermo Mariano fell near the penalty area in the 77th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Venezuela's protests and gave Guillermo Mariano a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. In the 82nd minute, Generoso Egun hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 91 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Luckas Baert came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
